I made vegetarian Lasagna so long ago it was in grade 12. It tasted so amazing though! I first prepared the sauce and the layers, then I layered the lasagna with pasta strips until i reached the 3rd layer (last) then I sprinkled Mozzarella cheese as a finishing touch to give the end result a nice crispy golden colour.
While the lasagna was baking away in the oven, I made a fruit salad then chilled it in the fridge before I served it to my guest, I mean let's be honest, cold watermelon does taste better than a warm watermelon. Especially during summer time.
RECIPE: 4-5 people ( MIXED THEN SERVE)
3 kiwis
3 pears
1/2 box of strawberries
1 canned peaches (can use fresh)
3 oranges
1/2 watermelon

Improvised Vietnamese wrap
Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Garlic
- Shrimp
- Egg noodles: I wanted mum noodles
Sauce Ingredients:
-Soya sauce
-Asian Chili
- Fried onion bits (min amts is req)
Grill Cheese Me (Hors D'oeuvre) TBA
- 8 pieces of sliced bread
- 6 grape tomatoes
- 2 celery stark
- 4 to 8 slices of cheese
