CONCEALERS: ELIZABETH ARDEN VS. RIMMEL
August 04, 2010

My favourite so far is the Elizabeth Arden's Flawless Finish maximum coverage concealer in Light 02, I've been using it for over 7 months now and I've hit pan. The consistency of the formula is rich and it doesn't feel cakey. It covers my dark circles well and it last up to a good 6 hours if not longer depending on the oil distribution. Sometimes I'd need to reapply if I'm trying to conceal bumps and redness because of over oil production. That only happens when I break out though. If you break out, then don't continue with this concealer.

Today at Shopper's Drug Mart at Eaton Centre, they had a sale for a Rimmel concealer going at $3.99+HST  Since it was so inexpensive I bought it and will try to test it out. Maybe I'll post results on it regarding if it's good or not. I've never in my life tried a drugstore concealer. I've only recently decided to try drugstore products when I tested out Revlon's Colour Stay.

Revlon colour stay eyeliner is no longer my favourite, I'm switching back to shiseido eyeliners/gel-liner instead. It literally GLUES to my eyes.

I HATE the Rimmel concealer, it's cakey, and it melts in the summer.
I also dislike the Rimmel Blotting powder, I bought it to try it out because youtube reviews say that it's great yes I admit it was great on the first 2 tries but later on it BROKE ME OUT.

STORAGE FOR MAKEUP

It's getting annoying digging from one makeup bag to another. As well clawing your way all to the bottom to find your favourite moisturizer. I got this from MAC as a gift. It has everything the only thing that I'm not that happy about is the fact that the nail polish is hogging too much space...I think i'll get something new to put it in probably a new storage from like the dollar store or w/e nothing too fancy...Since the nail polish might spill out and ruin it anyway.

I love this, everything is so much more easier to find and plus this is a travel case I can lug it around when I go on vacation, it's kind of heavy if you ask me but nonetheless it's still one of my favourite Beauty products. The drawer comes out so it's easier to find things.

NEW NAIL POLISH 2010 DECEMBER
I've been loving rising star by OPI, ever since I started using this nail polish I have been OBSESSED with gold nail polish....I think gold nail polish are underrated it looks similar to OPI's Burlesque collection.

BABY FOOT

So I wanted to try out baby foot and see how it did for it's claim. Last year's summer was a year that I wanted  to wear sandals...but this product failed it claim. My foot was still 'rough' it did peel and all and the smell oh god it was so unbearable. I reeked of something sour +dead fish. Kinda disappointed of it's claim. I assumed that it would be so great from what the asian market claimed....Pretty crap for a product that was $25+HST. So in general, bad product, expensive price for what it claimed as a one time use, didn't performed as claimed. A product worth a rating of C- I mean I did lose some skin but it didn't feel soft like a baby's foot and it was far from feeling like a baby's butt too =(.
