Quote of the day by TA:

J: so do we need to convert the units?
TA1: uh, hold on I'll ask for you...(thx, i understand that you're trying to help but that just wasted 2 min on top of the 16 that I was using to think about it, on top of that I could have asked the prof myself)
TA2: what was your question?
J: uh, do we need to convert the units?
TA2: what do you think?...looks.
J: uh...yes? (honestly i wouldn't be asking if i knew...)
TA2: it's just a calculation error. (no kidding, and a calculation error that added 4 more min on top on the 18).

I honestly don't get why people like to complicate things? why couldn't he just say yes or no.

Funny thing that reminded me...

When I was young, I use to ask where did humans come from as a species? My mother use to explain to me that humans were a form of descendants of primates. It made me laugh when I thought back about it because she explained to me in chinese and I being a child of only limited vocabularies, use to believe that instead of primates we were a form of descendants of stars. Galactic balls of immensely heated gas. In chinese stars sound the same as gorillas.

Then one day, I began walking home after school, this was during winter when the days are shorten, do you believe by 4:30pm the sky begins to fade into darkness. I remember thinking to myself how come humans can't be a form of descendant from the moon? Wouldn't that be great? If I were the moon, I can hide myself from people's view after two weeks when I'm sad and want to be alone then gradually become a full moon at times when I feel a burst of self esteem. Then I thought about how lonely I would be since I'd be the biggest object in the sky and none were my kin. I guess I can make friends with stars...but being a singled out object still didn't seem desirable to me. Being a star seemed like a better deal.

Another day passed I started drawing pictures with people flying in the sky, my mom asked me what I was drawing and I explained the concept of stars. I guess she asked because she knew obviously I'm no prodigy in drawing...it probably was too hard for her to decipher with her naked eyes. Eventually my mom thought I was nuts and correctly repeated primates by saying monkey...

That was when my hopes of becoming a galactic ball of heated gas became crushed...

Yrs afterwards, I still don't want to let go of the idea of being stars, you know we can rot, decay, and turn into dust/soil depending whether or not to be cremated. If we are cremated, we can  become dust and travel high up in the sky perhaps even carried out to space and then becomes stars? ha ha ha stupid AND naive right?

One Fine Day Today

MY SHOES CAME IN TODAY!

Today my good people is a good day, my shoes came in at 12:51pm. I'm so excited i've been waiting for these for the past week yay check out the cool packaging it came in! I'm very impressed because now a days they have biodegradable packaging to better the environment. The shoes were in good condition as well no holes no nothing, just the way I like em'.

RIMMEL AT SHOPPERS DRUG MART

A few thing I'd like to say about SDM, it's odd cause the Rimmel eye make up remover is $4.99+HST at McCowan's SDM however at eaton centre it's only $4.00+HST. It's an okay sale, I mean their Nicole by OPI is on sale $5.99+HST from $10.99+HST. Personally I'd go to wal-mart for it because it's cheaper there. Their Stiletto eye mascara is $9.00+HST. Something that confuses me is that SDM at eaton centre has their revelon colour ready foundation priced at $21.00 +HST while the one at SDM Mccowan is around $18~$19.00 +HST. Perhaps its cause it's in "EATONS' that is why it's more expensive? the power of pricing. I've never tried a drug store concealer before so meh!~

KNOCK OFFS OF BRAND NAMES AT HONEST EDS?

Check out what my friend and I found:
1.) FAKE GUESS: I mean honestly if you're going to make a knock off they should at least make the G for guess properly. Look closely it's upside down. Material they used to make this is even worse, Jean +PVC I mean the least they can do is use faux leather. Let alone being crap quality guess how much they're selling it for?

$19.99+HST I'm not lying and the irony in it is that ALL the knock off brands are priced at 19.99 or even more.

2.) FAKE LIZ CALIBORNE: let me begin to tell you about this it's a bit better than the fake guess but the style oh no....it's so old school it looks like something my grandmother would use that isn't even brand name.Plus it was also flimsy and didn't keep it's shape. Guess the cost! $29.99+HST( or less somewhere around this because the bag is bigger) no kidding...I mean if I have to pay around this price I'd rather get a real leather hand bag at "Naturalizer" that's on sale, at least i'll know that they're real genuine leather.
3.) FAKE LIZ CALIBORNE LUNCH BAG: now we're talking about the things you can get at HBC bay company called Elle. At least the quality on this is less poor. It's actually not that bad you can really compare it with that of Elle from Bay. I think it cost around less than $10.00 +HST. Correct me if I'm wrong

In general I think honest ed's should stick to their normal suppliers, they're making us asian look bad, afterall we were the ones that perfected DVD pirating.
